聚丙烯用阻燃剂及阻燃聚丙烯

摘要：

详细介绍了聚丙烯的燃烧特征和目前采用的阻燃方法以及应用于聚丙烯的阻燃体系、阻燃性能、应用领域，并指出了阻燃聚丙烯的发展方向。随着人们安全意识的提高和法律法规的不断完善，相信阻燃聚丙烯将会有越来越广阔的市场。

Abstract:

The introductions are made on the combustion characteristics，the fire retardant methods adopted at present of the polypropylene including the flame retardant series，the fire retardant performance used in fire retardant polypropylene and the application of fire retardant polypropylene.Fire retardant polypropylene is developing towards non-halogen anti-smoke and environmental protection.Along with the rising of the people’s safe consciousness and with the strengthening of the law and regulations，fire retardant polypropylene will have wider markets.

前言

聚丙烯以其优异的机械性、良好的电绝缘性、耐化学药品性以及密度小、质量轻等特点而广泛用于汽车、家电、纺织、建筑等行业，但是聚丙烯氧指数低，只有17·4，容易燃烧，且燃烧发热量大，产生大量熔滴，极易传播火焰。近年来火灾事故的频频发生，给人们的生命安全和财产造成巨大损害。世界各国对聚丙烯及其它合成树脂要求阻燃的呼声越来越强烈。因此了解聚丙烯用阻燃剂及阻燃聚丙烯的性能是非常重要的。

1　聚丙烯的燃烧特征及采用的阻燃方法

聚丙烯的燃烧为少烟型，不成炭，但伴随有熔滴和流延起火现象，并产生大量的不饱和气体。表1是聚丙烯在520℃时热降解过程中放出的不饱和可燃气体，这些气体均有助于聚丙烯的燃烧。
