PA66/PP/POE-MAH合金的形态结构与力学性能

摘 要:通过直接共混法制备了PA66/PP/POE-MAH合金,性能测试表明PA66/PP/POE-MAH合金的常温及低温缺口冲击强度较原PA66有较大提高,而吸水率则明显下降,拉伸强度变化不大。DSC测试显示,POE-MAH可降低PA66及PP的熔点及热焓,表明POE-MAH影响着PA66和PP的两相界面作用和结晶行为。SEM照片显示分散相粒径大小及两相界面结构与POE-MAH含量相关。

PA66由于强极性的特点,存在吸湿性强、尺寸稳定性差且低温和干态下的缺口冲击强度低等缺点,使其应用受到限制,PA66合金化是PA66改性的有效途径[1,2]。PA66与PP共混,可改善PA66的吸湿性,提高PA66的冲击强度和流动性,减小PA66的相对密度并降低成本。而PA66与PP体系属不相容共混体系,为制备具有优良综合性能的PA66/PP合金,必须改善其相容性。以前研究较多的相容剂为EPDM-g-MAH及PP-g-MAH。这些方法的缺点在于制备相容剂时马来酸酐的接枝率和转化率较低,其增容效率不高,且PP在接枝过程中易发生断链或交联,使得加工条件不稳定。笔者以前的工作表明,乙烯/辛烯共聚物(POE)对PP的改性效果优于EPDM等其它弹性体[3]。本文以POE-MAH作为相容剂和增韧剂,制备了具有优良综合性能的PA66/PP/POE-MAH合金。

Morphological Structure and Mechanical Properties of PA66/PP/POE-MAH Alloy

Abstract:
PA66/PP/POE-MAH alloy was prepared by direct blending. Mechanical properties and rate of water absorption of the alloy were determined and characterized. Results showed that Izod notched impact strength of the alloy at room temperature and low temperature had been improved greatly and rate of water absorption had been decreased markedly than those of PA66, while tensile strength kept the same as PA66. DSC showed that the melt point and heat content of PA66 and PP decreased in presence of POE-MAH. This means that POE-MAH effects interfacial action and crystalline behavior of PA66 and PP. SEM showed that particle size of dispersion phase and structure of the two phases were related to the content of POE-MAH.
