成核剂对尼龙66结晶及力学性能的影响研究
摘 要:研究了不同成核剂对尼龙66结晶及力学性能的影响。结果表明,成核剂的加入使尼龙66结晶速率加快,结晶温度提高,重熔融过程出现双峰,其低温峰值比尼龙66峰值低8℃,可能是生成β晶所致,成核剂使尼龙66的结晶变细。不同成核剂对尼龙66的力学性能有不同的影响,其中成核剂G23、G205、MgO使尼龙66的强度提高;CaF2使其韧性增加;滑石粉的效果介于其间。

Influences of Different Nucleating Agents on Crystalline and Mechanical Properties of Nylon66

Abstract:The influences of different nucleating agents on crystalline and mechanical properties ofnylon 66 were studied. The results showed that nylon 66 crystallized easier and faster, and its isothermal crystallized morphology changed from sperulite to even crystal grain by addition of nucleating agent.The DSC curves of nylon 66 during the second melting process took on two melting peaks,the peak sited on the lower temperature might be caused by the generation ofβcrystal.Different nucleating agents had different effects on the mechanical properties of nylon 66.The strength of nylon 66 increased by adding G23、G205 and MgO.The toughness of nylon 66 increased by adding CaF2.The effect of Talc was between those two kinds of nucleating agents.

向高聚物基体中加入成核剂是聚合物物理改性的一种重要方法。高效成核剂的用量很少就能有效改善材料性能,而对化学结构影响很小,克服了普通共混及化学改性的不足[1]。所以加成核剂是工业上常用的改性方法。国内外对聚丙烯、聚酯等结晶较慢的高聚物
的成核剂研究很多,已取得了大量的研究成果[2~5]。对结晶较快的尼龙类高聚物的成核剂研究相对较少。笔者从众多成核剂中筛选出几种,研究了它们对尼龙66力学及结晶性能的影响。
